Dr. Kelsey Baas- PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Owner of Compleo
Dr. Kelsey Baas received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UT Southwestern after receiving her Bachelors in Spanish at Baylor University. Through her experience as a clinical specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital, she realized the value of a multi-disciplinary team approach to health and wellness as well as the importance of individualized care.
Kelsey served as the Chronic Pain Clinic Physical Therapist providing extensive experience and insight to chronic pain treatment. She is additionally BSPTS certified, a Schroth based method for the treatment of scoliosis. Kelsey is excited to open and manage Compleo Physical Therapy & Wellness to bring an individualized and multi-disciplinary approach to Waco for Chronic Pain, Scoliosis, and overall well-being. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cheering on the Baylor Bears, dancing, and traveling.

Grant Williams- MS, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
His focus is on anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD, utilizing psychotherapy techniques that are primarily focused on addressing the client’s needs from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective. Everyone deserves a space where they are free to express themselves and it’s his life’s work to provide that service for his clients.

Erin Miller
Pilates Instructor & Owner of Practice Pilates
Erin offers both private reformer sessions & mat Pilates classes at Compleo! Erin completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Training in Denver and went on to become certified through the Pilates Method Alliance.
She loves teaching challenging, athletic, & varied small-group classes & private sessions. She finds that breaking down movement to focus on form & alignment is equally as important for the client as is the workout. Even more than movement, Pilates gives Erin the joy & fulfillment of building meaningful relationships & engaging in her community.

Dr. Maggie Roeger, PT, DPT, OCS

Maggie attended Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and minor in Psychology. In 2014 she was accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2016. Following graduation, Dr. Roeger decided to seek further expertise in treating patients with orthopedic conditions and was accepted into the UT Southwestern Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program. During her residency she received extensive training in the treatment of patients with orthopedic conditions as well as training in treating patients experiencing chronic or persistent pain in a multidisciplinary setting. In spring of 2018 she became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Roeger is passionate about comprehensive patient care tailored to each individual to help her patients heal, achieve their goals, and improve their wellness. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Kay Williams- MEd, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
Kay Williams is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a licensed dietitian. Kay has been in practice for more than 30 years and specializes in Wellness, Eating Disorders, and Intuitive eating practices. Kay received her bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and completed her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Kay has taught nutrition courses at Texas A&M University, Baylor University and Abilene Christian. Kay has been a wellness speaker for numerous organizations and corporations. Kay also has a private practice at Compleo Physical Therapy and Wellness where she sees clients of all ages.

Michelle Williams
Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
Outside of training others, I enjoy my own personal workouts, cooking interesting things, finding bargains, traveling and studying. Our bodies are designed for movement which is why I’m an advocate for implementing stability and mobility exercises into programs. My goal is to help each person to find joy in movement, feel good, and have fun along the way. Why not be the best version of yourself.

Dana Evans
Administrative Assistant
Dana & her family moved to Woodway/Waco four years ago from Florida. She’s been married for 29 years and has four children. Two of her children have graduated from college and two are in high school.
Dana has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and spent several years teaching before becoming a stay at home mom. She’s excited about this new opportunity is happy to a part of the CompleoWaco Team
