Dr. Kelsey Baas- PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Owner of Compleo
Dr. Kelsey Baas received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UT Southwestern after receiving her Bachelors in Spanish at Baylor University. Through her experience as a clinical specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital, she realized the value of a multi-disciplinary team approach to health and wellness as well as the importance of individualized care.
Kelsey served as the Chronic Pain Clinic Physical Therapist providing extensive experience and insight to chronic pain treatment. She is additionally BSPTS certified, a Schroth based method for the treatment of scoliosis. Kelsey is excited to open and manage Compleo Physical Therapy & Wellness to bring an individualized and multi-disciplinary approach to Waco for Chronic Pain, Scoliosis, and overall well-being. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cheering on the Baylor Bears, dancing, and traveling.
Aubrey Smith- PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Pelvic Health
Aubrey Smith attended Harding University and received a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Pelvic health is a specialty where you work between the belly button and the knee. In particular, Aubrey treats the pelvic floor muscles which sit between the tail bone and pubic bone.
She uses fascial mobilization, trigger point dry needling, exercises, and coordination training to help with disorders like pain with sex or tampon use, urinary urgency/frequency, and vulvodynia. She also integrates habitual changes with strength and coordination to treat urinary and fecal incontinence as well as pelvic instability.

Lauren Sams- MS, RD, CSP, CBS
Pediatric Dietitian & Breastfeeding Specialist
Lauren Sams has been practicing infant nutrition as a Registered Dietitian with Board Certified Specialty in Pediatric Nutrition recognition since 2015. She previously served as an inpatient and outpatient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Dietitian at the Medical University of South Carolina for 5 years where she was involved in the inauguration of an outpatient NICU Nutrition Follow Up Clinic.
During this time she co-authored Growth in the High-Risk Newborn Infant Post-Discharge: Results from a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nutrition Follow-up Clinic which was published in the journal of Nutrition in Clinical Practice in 2020. Lauren’s family returned home to Waco, Texas in the summer of 2020 at which time she began working as the Registered Dietitian and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist for the Women Infant and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program. Early in 2021, Lauren launched @grow.baby.nutrition social media platforms in effort to share evidenced based education and practical advice to help moms grow their babies with confidence.
Grant Williams- MS, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Grant Williams is a Waco, Texas native. He attended school at Abilene Christian University where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Counseling Psychology. His passions are psychology, guitar, movies, and illustration.
His focus is on anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD, utilizing psychotherapy techniques that are primarily focused on addressing the client’s needs from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective. Everyone deserves a space where they are free to express themselves and it’s his life’s work to provide that service for his clients.
Pilates Instructor & Owner of Practice Pilates
Erin offers both private reformer sessions & mat Pilates classes at Compleo! Erin completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Training in Denver and went on to become certified through the Pilates Method Alliance.
She loves teaching challenging, athletic, & varied small-group classes & private sessions. She finds that breaking down movement to focus on form & alignment is equally as important for the client as is the workout. Even more than movement, Pilates gives Erin the joy & fulfillment of building meaningful relationships & engaging in her community.
Dana & her family moved to Woodway/Waco four years ago from Florida. She’s been married for 29 years and has four children. Two of her children have graduated from college and two are in high school.
Dana has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and spent several years teaching before becoming a stay at home mom. She’s excited about this new opportunity is happy to a part of the CompleoWaco Team
Dr. Thomas Anderson- PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Dry Needling Certified
Dr. Thomas Anderson recieved his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Harding University after receiving his Bachelors in business management at Texas A&M University in College Station. He has been practicing in the outpatient setting and has experience treating neck/back pain, SIJ dysfunction, chronic pain, foot/ankle dysfunction and other orthopedic issues. He is also certified in dry needling and ASTYM.
“I am very passionate about treating my patients as a whole- not just as a diagnosis. I don’t want to treat someone without determining a root cause; if we know more about a cause, we have more power over our pain. I am excited to be working at Compleo because they share this passion with me by offering services that treat the whole person.”
Paige Pharr- PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Specialty Pediatrics
Dr. Paige Pharr received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University after receiving her Bachelors in health science at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas.
She has been providing physical therapy services to children, from birth to 18 years old, with a variety of diagnoses including down syndrome, torticollis, toe-walking, autism, stroke, developmental delay, cerebral palsy and spina bifida. She utilizes play based therapy to allow children to reach their goals and live their life with the most function and ability.
“I am very passionate about treating children of all ages. My goal for each patient and family is to provide individualized patient care to allow each child to gain skills to return back to their previous daily activities as well as participate in future life events. I am excited to be working at Compleo as a pediatric physical therapist and look forward to what the future holds.”
Kay Williams- MEd, RD, LD
Kay Williams is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a licensed dietitian. Kay has been in practice for more than 30 years and specializes in Wellness, Eating Disorders, and Intuitive eating practices. Kay received her bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and completed her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Kay has taught nutrition courses at Texas A&M University, Baylor University and Abilene Christian. Kay has been a wellness speaker for numerous organizations and corporations. Kay also has a private practice at Compleo Physical Therapy and Wellness where she sees clients of all ages.
Amanda Cooper, M.Ed.
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Supervised By: Ashton Jimenez, M.S, LPC-S
Amanda Cooper attended Texas A&M University where she earned a Master of Education in Counseling. She has over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families in school and community-based care setting.
She is experienced in working with those dealing with childhood trauma; foster and adoptive families; parenting and supporting kinship caregivers; families in transition; youth with learning or academic challenges, and trauma-informed care across the lifespan.
Amanda utilizes techniques from the Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-focused psychotherapeutic perspectives; incorporates mindfulness and EMDR to address client needs; and offers play-based therapy. Faith-based counseling may be incorporated into client care upon request.
Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
Outside of training others, I enjoy my own personal workouts, cooking interesting things, finding bargains, traveling and studying. Our bodies are designed for movement which is why I’m an advocate for implementing stability and mobility exercises into programs. My goal is to help each person to find joy in movement, feel good, and have fun along the way. Why not be the best version of yourself.
