Physical Therapy Services in Searcy, AR
At Compleo, physical therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our Searcy physical therapists combine clinical expertise with a whole-body, nervous-system-informed approach to care.
Your goals help guide your treatment plan, and we work with you as partners throughout the process.
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
Pelvic health physical therapy can help adults experiencing pelvic pain, bowel or bladder concerns, pain with sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, and other concerns involving the pelvic floor.
Treatment may include education, movement and strengthening exercises, coordination training, fascial mobilization, trigger point dry needling, and practical strategies you can use in everyday life.
Our goal is to help you better understand your body, address the factors contributing to your symptoms, and feel more confident moving forward.
Pregnancy & Birth Preparation
Pregnancy brings a lot of changes to your body—and you don’t have to simply put up with every ache, pain, or uncomfortable symptom along the way.
Physical therapy during pregnancy can address pelvic, hip, back, and other musculoskeletal discomfort while helping you prepare your body for labor, delivery, and recovery.
Our Searcy pelvic health physical therapy team provides individualized pregnancy support, including birth preparation, movement strategies, strength and mobility work, and education based on your needs and goals.
Postpartum Physical Therapy
Recovery after birth looks different for everyone. Pelvic health physical therapy can support postpartum concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, bowel or bladder changes, core weakness, and returning comfortably to exercise and daily activities.
We’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, coordination, and confidence at a pace that makes sense for your body.
Perimenopause & Pelvic Health
Changes during perimenopause can affect pelvic floor function, bladder and bowel health, comfort, strength, and overall movement.
Pelvic health physical therapy provides a personalized approach to these changes, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and giving you practical tools to support function and quality of life.
Neurologic Physical Therapy
Neurologic physical therapy helps people with conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, balance, and movement improve their mobility, strength, confidence, and independence.
Our Searcy team provides individualized neurologic physical therapy for adults with concerns including:
Parkinson’s disease
Stroke
Balance and mobility deficits
Traumatic brain injury
Spinal cord injury
Guillain-Barré syndrome
Degenerative neurologic conditions
Vestibular conditions
Persistent concussion symptoms
Treatment is centered around your current abilities, everyday needs, and personal goals.
Chronic Pain & Hypermobility
Chronic pain and hypermobility can be complex, especially when symptoms involve multiple areas of the body or haven’t responded to simple solutions.
Our therapists take a broader approach. Instead of focusing only on where it hurts, we consider movement, strength, coordination, the nervous system, daily activities, and other factors that may be contributing to your experience.
We work alongside you to problem-solve, identify meaningful goals, and create a plan that supports better function in everyday life.

A Different Approach to Physical Therapy
Sometimes the place where you’re experiencing symptoms is only part of the story.
At Compleo, we believe good care starts with curiosity. Our therapists take time to listen, look at the whole person, and explore the factors that may be contributing to pain, movement challenges, or changes in function.
That means your appointments aren’t just about checking boxes or following the same protocol as everyone else. We want to understand what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be able to do.
From there, we problem-solve together.
Our Searcy office is designed to provide a warm, welcoming, and personal care experience where questions are encouraged and patients are active partners in their care. When helpful, we can also collaborate with other members of your healthcare team to support a more connected approach.
You know your life and your goals. We bring our clinical expertise. Together, we build the plan.
