Sarah Ouren- PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC)

Dr. Sarah Ouren earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Wichita State University. She utilizes an array of manual therapy techniques such as myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and Trigger Point Dry Needling to help her patients feel their best. 

Sarah treats across the lifespan for orthopedic conditions, but has a special love and training for pelvic health dysfunction. Listening to her patients to treat the root cause of their issue is paramount to help them find meaningful next steps for treatment, resolution, and/or self-management. 

Sarah earned the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) and expects that pelvic health will become a gold standard of treatment in healthcare.

Aubrey Smith- PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy & Pelvic Health

Dr. Aubrey Smith attended Harding University and received a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Pelvic health is a specialty where you work between the belly button and the knee.  As a skilled physical therapist, Aubrey treats the pelvic floor muscles which sit between the tail bone and pubic bone.

She uses fascial mobilization, trigger point dry needling, exercises, and coordination training to help with disorders like pain with sex or tampon use, urinary urgency/frequency, and vulvodynia. She also integrates habitual changes with strength and coordination to treat urinary and fecal incontinence as well as pelvic instability.

Karon Zinsmeister, OTR

Pelvic Health & Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Karon Zinsmeister received her Masters in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. While traditionally her passion began in pediatrics, becoming a mother herself enhanced her understanding of the impact that mothering has on an individual’s daily occupations. This led to her training in holistic pelvic floor rehabilitation where she is committed to educating and empowering patients to understand the impact their pelvic health has on their daily life.

Since moving to Central Texas in 2014, Karon has spent most of that time supporting and engaging with the special needs community in various capacities and more recently becoming involved within the birth community. Compleo has allowed her to combine her love of child and parent treatment throughout the lifespan.

Hope Padgett- PT, DPT, WCS

Dr. Hope Padgett received her Doctorate in Physical therapy at Baylor University, where she graduated summa cum laude, after receiving her Bachelors in Human Biology and Minor in Sports Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. After completing her Doctorate, Hope continued her education in a residency program at the Brooks Institute of Higher Learning in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in the treatment of Pelvic Health diagnoses.
 
While in the residency she completed continuing education and training in evidence-based treatment strategies for pelvic floor dysfunction in the male, female, pediatric, geriatric, and neurologic populations. During the residency, Hope had a chance to work with counselors in the chronic pain program, occupational therapists, and other physical therapy specialists, where she learned to value the importance of a multimodal treatment approach with a qualified treatment team to ensure patient success.
 
She achieved the distinction of APTA Women’s Health Certified Specialist in 2022 after completing a specialist examination and presenting on the use of biofeedback in improving pelvic floor function after neurologic injury. She has a passion for serving the pregnancy and postpartum community and has recently completed further education and was certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My passion is empowering patients to take control of their health and get back to the activities they love. I know that It is important to have a clinician that you can trust, and it is my goal that my patients see me as a collaborator and friend on their journey.”

Ashleigh Dao, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Ashleigh Dao is a licensed Physical Therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University. She has advanced training in women’s pelvic health through Herman & Wallace. Ashleigh is passionate about helping individuals restore function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based, compassionate care. Her clinical expertise includes orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and intentional treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific goals.

In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys visiting local coffee shops, practicing Pilates, and traveling with her husband. She is excited to be part of Compleo’s intentional community of healthcare practitioners who emphasize holistic and empowered care.
