Hailee Haney, MOT, OTR

Occupational Therapist

Hailee received a Master of Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center after receiving my Bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Houston.

She has been working in the pediatric setting, treating ages birth-21 with a variety of diagnoses since starting clinical practice in 2019.

She chose Occupational Therapy to help children and families achieve goals that help them improve skills they need and want to do in their daily lives. Hailee loves working with the neurodivergent population and finding ways to help children live their daily lives to the fullest. She feels it is important to embrace their individuality by using their strengths and help them find ways to adapt to challenges and become successful in their environments and roles.

“I believe play is an important part of treating children to improve motivation of learning and mastering skills, as well as building their confidence in order to perform these skills at home, at school, or within the community. Play is my favorite occupation!”

Karon Zinsmeister, OTR

Pelvic Health & Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Karon Zinsmeister received her Masters in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. While traditionally her passion began in pediatrics, becoming a mother herself enhanced her understanding of the impact that mothering has on an individual’s daily occupations. This led to her training in holistic pelvic floor rehabilitation where she is committed to educating and empowering patients to understand the impact their pelvic health has on their daily life.

Since moving to Central Texas in 2014, Karon has spent most of that time supporting and engaging with the special needs community in various capacities and more recently becoming involved within the birth community. Compleo has allowed her to combine her love of child and parent treatment throughout the lifespan.

“I am thrilled to be of service to both children and adults in Waco, TX offering a service that is holistic, evidence-based, and client-centered. I love being a part of a team that has the same vision as me when it comes to the wellness of a whole person. That is something that makes Compleo so special and I am blessed to be a part of that!”
