Amber Arnold is a board certified registered and licensed dietitian-nutritionist who has been providing medical nutrition therapy for over a decade. She completed her Bachelors of Science, Master’s degree and dietetic internship from Stephen F. Austin State University. Amber has experience helping people with a variety of illnesses learn how to use food to control their disease symptoms and to improve their quality of life. She has a passion for implementing evidenced-based nutrition therapy in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.
Amber has practiced nutrition and dietetics in a variety of clinical and outpatient settings including hospitals, nursing homes, group homes, community health, private-practice, and as a lecturer at Baylor University. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, aerobics, biking and spending time with her husband and three kids.
