About Compleo Counseling
- People seek counseling for a variety of reasons. Physical pain, relationship distress, anxiety, life changes, body image, eating concerns, and depression are just a few of the very common issues that bring people into therapy. Whether you’re experiencing a significant struggle in your life, or you simply want consistent space to talk about and alleviate stress, we can develop a treatment plan to meet your needs.
During our initial assessment, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you would like to be different about your life; we will work together to develop treatment goals and identify approaches that are best suited for you and your individual needs. If you are seeking treatment for your child, then Erin will meet with both you and your child during the initial evaluation.
- At Compleo we strive to provide evidence based treatment, a confidential setting, a compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
Counseling is most effective when you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. If you and Erin are not a good fit, or if there is a different Waco provider to better meet your needs, then we will work to identify alternative providers. Likewise, your particular concern may be best served by a team of providers; Erin can help you build a treatment team of other Compleo clinicians and/or Waco providers.
